At the Lodge we have a highly specialised dementia care team who have been specifically trained by the Bradford Dementia Group to achieve the skills and competencies required to deliver to you the highest calibre of individualised person centred care.
Each community will have their own dedicated staff team to provide continuity to residents which we recognise is very important for people with dementia.
Staffing levels are reviewed regularly to ensure everyone’s needs can be met.
The care and support team will be supported at the Lodge by the on site housekeeping team and the onsite catering team.
The Head Housekeeper will ensure that your care and support services are delivered in an exceptionally well cared for environment and will provide you with a reliable and first class laundry service.
The dining experience at The Lodge is a delightful, social experience to be enjoyed by all. We will ensure you receive only the best in terms of nutrition and if you require support to enjoy your meals the care team will be on hand to meet your needs.
